  1. Gov. Tom Corbett to announce the commonwealth will sue NCAA because of the Penn State sanctions. Penn State not part of lawsuit.

To national observes, this is a tone-deaf move.

The people of Pennsyltucky are likely eating this up.

  3. Corbett is up for re-election in 2014.

Tom Corbett? The guy who tried to bury the investigation when he was AG?

Christ. They haven't learned a fucking thing.

The NCAA should countersue claiming Corbett is simply concocting a case to cover up his own involvement and complicity. Subpoena everything for years.

This is red meat to their Kool Aid chugging fanbase.

Nice work Guv. This pretty much guarantees the NCAA won't reduce the length of Penn State's penalty.

California and Indiana better be prepared to be put on probation.

I already hate Penn State's fans and football team for their reaction to what happened - sounds like the governor wants people like me to hate the entire rest of the state as well.

Can we kick off the suit with a deposition of the Gov.?

    What an ass.
