It became well-known that Pearl Jam vowed not to play in Texas again until George Bush was out of office.

It's looking like that time has come, finally.

Somewhat related note...with the benefit of a $50 Best Buy giftcard I hadn't used since Christmas...I bought the Ten Reissue Super Deluxe Edition today.

Kicked back listening to the remastered album on vinyl before coming into the office....always a good time. There's a plethora of good stuff (though the price of $125 was steep), including a real, live Mookie Blaylock rookie card.
