If you like NY, check out all the Mirrorball tunes as well as Smile, which is co-written by Neil.

Then go find the version of Fuckin' Up that closes Live on Two Legs.

    Enjoy.

Indeed, and it's very good. There are only a couple of full-length songs on it, but they're great -- especially his cover (I think) of Hard Sun.

Yes. I'm the Ocean is a great little tune.

Also find In My Tree and Ledbetter.

I forgot just how fantastic that version is. Makes me hate my retail job.

Download Yellow Ledbetter, Flasher. You won't regret it. Ditto, Black and Come Back.

There is simply no way to do top five overall -- thus, I propose, top five for a noob.

In other words, top five that give a range of the band's different styles and talents.

I'll be back shortly with a list.

Smile -- Neil Young inspired rocker, with harmonica
State of Love and Trust -- grunge-era driving breakup song
Off He Goes -- mournful ballad
    Porch -- rawk
Yellow Ledbetter -- epic, bluesy stadium anthem. You have to picture the house lights on and 20K people singing along.

That ought to get anyone hooked.
