    I hope this isn't a DB....

Is there anything you can do with a PDF to make changes to the size? I don't want to make any changes to the art itself, I just need to shrink or blow it up a little and my Microsoft software won't let me do that. Is there any software to convert a PDF to something that can be altered?? Thanks.

    Part B of this question...

I could print out the PDF and then scan that back in and I would then be able to resize. But how much would that affect the quality of the art? Thanks again.

Not sure if this is the right way to do it.
We open the PDF in photoshop, then go to Image Size and make adjustments.

I would make sure 'Constrain Porportains' is checked.

    Then save as a PDF.

What if one doesn't have Photoshop? I work with Pagemaker and use Microsft Paint and Picture Manager to mess with art. I know Pagemaker has some Photoshop elements, not sure if they have the resizing feature.
