So you're the person in charge of Pats social media. What do you do about this? Someone lose a job? How do you not notice?

Not sure. That is horrible, but ii seems to me that it was just automatically generated by the 1 millionth digital jersey??? Bad judgment, but seems they caught it pretty quickly, right? Have no idea how these things work, but seems like an honest mistake, though definitely a horrible, embarrassing one.

Or it's automated and there wasn't much "control" over it? If an actual human tweeted that out ... I don't advocate for knee-jerk firings because Twitter is all in an uproar ... but, yes, that's as close to fireable as you're going to get.

After this, Bill Cosby, Florida State, etc., when will social media managers realize you can't count on people to be appropriate or say what you want?

Pretty sure it was automated, but it has to be seen much faster than that. Don't see anyone losing their job over it.
