    That is a horrible cancer.

He ain't seen bad yet. But it's comin'.

(OK. I suck with that obscure quote from all the tralers for "Next of Kin." Seriously, prayers to his family . . .I liked his work when he was acting regularly)

I feel badly for anyone with cancer -- unless they're a "cancer in the clubhouse."

    prayers all around.

not many actors have given us a more entertaining quartet than:

    the outsiders
    dirty dancing
    ghost
    road house

plus that super "snl" skit with chris farley trying out at chippendales. ;D ;D ;D

SNL, on the week off, please rerun the Swayze episode. Besides the Chippendales classic, there's also my favorite Hans & Franz sketch - it gets REAL homoerotic.

I have told this news to two people and both immediately burst out laughing.

Does that say more about them or Patrick Swayze?

Swayze and Farley — http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-8746136183979844378 — one of the best SNL skits ever.

Perhaps SportsJournalists.com's favorite author will have a sequel.

Two pages without a Youngblood reference?

    For shame.
