Patrick Kane rape investigation dropped by DA

    Price does interview Kane's friend who was at the house. He said she was there for 25 minutes and she and Kane were alone together no more than two minutes.

    I would not have held a press conference alleging evidence had been tampered with. I'd start there.

    I'm no attorney and only opened this thread today for the first time so I've no clue to the griping, but I see a big difference in
    The bite marks were caused by Kane.
    and
    Kane likely caused the bite marks.

    Umm. Yeah the difference is you can't say "the bite marks were caused by Kane" unless there is proof.
