Patch seeking sports editors & writers in Newton, Watertown & Acton

    Patch.com, an online news website owned by AOL and with 200+ sites across the US, is looking for a freelance editor and freelance sports writers to cover high school football, basketball, hockey and other sports. You will cover games and file stories on deadline, write features and previews, and take photos/video for your stories.

    The editor will organize and assign coverage of sports in all three towns, plus write as much as possible. Reporters/writers need to write accurately but with zest and color, plus shoot vivid pictures and, if possible, compelling video. Reporters/writers must be available to cover late afternoon events for the fall season, and night games throughout the year.
