    Thief.

In one statement, Haden said Wells Fargo approved “the board’s composition, activities and compensation.” He said the board “is proud of its work and the difference those scholarships have made in the lives of these thousands of students.”

This is the biggest scam going. Just have some other institution rubberstamp your outrageous compensation requests, and it looks, but cursory glance, to be an arms-length deal.

Sad what goes on in these non-profits, especially when someone starts it then pays everyone in their family to be "consultants" and the amount of charity actually doled out is almost nil (Tiger Woods Foundation?)

Now for the founder, Mr. Mayr, what a great guy.
