Yet negative points for saying "a pix." A pic. Some pix.

Yup. The guy tried to cross the 405 at rush hour.

Sepulveda Blvd. But the point remains.

So who creates the market for all these absurd celebrity photos?

In the US, the National Enquirer and its ilk. And mags, like People.
In the UK, similar rags. In fact, like a lot of crap TV now in the US, this celebrity photo market probably started in Britain and quickly washed up on the shores of the US thereafter.

I must have been confused by this note in Ebert Journal:

"Another paparazzi at the scene, Sparky, shot his hat and shoe in the middle of the 405"

I think the early reports were partial, and confusing.

'On New Year's Day, Guerra had pulled over on L.A.'s busy Sepulveda Boulevard near the Getty Center Drive exit of the 405 Freeway to photograph a traffic stop involving a Ferrari registered to Bieber, according to the LAPD. He was crossing Sepulveda heading east, away from the traffic stop, when he was hit by a 2007 Toyota Highlander that was traveling south at about 5:50 p.m.'

I'm thinking of the mags I see every now and then at doctor's offices that are nothing but cutlines. To think trees gave their life for this as well ...

Did you have to post that picture so everyone could see it?

It's not something I want to see while browsing these forums.

    Thanks.
