    It's all about getting attention. Those guys know thousands of newspapers, magazines, TV shows and blogs will pick up this photo and run a "What the hell is wrong with fashion designers? This is from Heywood Jablome's show during Fashion Week" thereby giving Mr. Jablome millions worth in free publicity.

    Free publicity aside, that's a hideous dress, the chips don't even look good (cheese onion?) and the model looks like the result of an accident between Homer Simpson's makeup shotgun and a Kewpie doll.
     
  4. Can't you see a woman complaining to her husband that she doesn;t have a thing to wear because someone accidentally threw the most important part of her outfit in the recycling bin?
