I believe Courtney almost clubbed him for that statement. But there were a couple Cobain jokes, if I remember correctly.

Jeff Ross is amazing, and he's made a career out of those roasts.

 

Nick DiPaolo on Anderson's on-screen presence: "You have the emotional range of Terry Schiavo."

Ross after spotting Anna Nicole Smith: "We should roast you next year. We can do all the same jokes... plus fat jokes."

Smith flips him the bird, to which Ross responds: "Quick, someone get her a 90-year-old cock to suck on."

Great stuff

 

That was positively the best moment in roast history. If she wasn't so messed up, she probably would have cut him with something. Ross is the best of any comedian at the roasts.
