... so they're going to do DNA testing to match the poop to the owner.

There are tons of people walking their dogs in our neighborhood. Hardly any of them clean up.

Not long after our daughter was born, I watched a woman let her 80-pound black lab leave a massive dump in my front yard. I was giving the kid a bottle and couldn't run out there to yell at her. Once she was napping, I found a piece of cardboard and wrote "If your dog craps in my yard, I'm throwing a dirty diaper in your yard." I put it on a stake right next to the sidewalk.

Haven't had dog crap in the yard since.
