    A 33-year-old CBC producer died after a hit-and-run driver in Fredericton struck her motorized wheelchair over the weekend.

    Someone hits a person in a wheelchair and flees?

    This happened in college. A handicapped student in a wheelchair was hit crossing the street and dragged several blocks. Horrible. I don't remember if the bastard who did it was caught.
