Yo, Isaiah, the show's creator is black. You should know that, because you would never have been tabbed to play Burke.

The shut up phone? I think I got that when I subscribed to Sports Illustrated in 1988.

 

Damn, all I got was the football phone.

You don't read or follow Hollywood stuff.  It's over your head, hombre.

The main point is he was an unknown until this show made the cast a household name.  Rhimes has warned him to tone down his outbursts after the Emmy flare-up. So, in no way his case is going to hold up. She's the creator and exec. producer and makes the final decisions. Not ABC.
