    Try News Page Designer: http://newspagedesigner.ning.com/ It can be helpful. Also you can try SportsDesigner.com. They've got some stuff posted by other designers as well.

    They did. That explains the addition of the ".ning" in the link. The people who hosted the site previously said they weren't going to anymore, so I believe the people who ran it before, created this new one. It has more of a social networking feel, and is easier to upload to. I like it much more.
