Job opportunity at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK - Sports Reporter

IndyStar/The Indianapolis Star, part of the USA TODAY NETWORK, is seeking a reporter to own this key professional beat for an APSE Top 10 site that won a grand slam in the most recent contest. She or he will work in tandem with a backup Pacers reporter to break news, provide analysis and context and deliver deep enterprise.

This reporter will develop content that takes advantage of all delivery forms available to us, including video, social media, mobile, desktop, television and print. This reporter will do on-camera work, including live stand-ups, and shoot video. NBA experience is preferred, but an exemplary writer with major beat writing experience will be considered.

I saw the team referred to as that once. In the Star. Thank the regional design centers.

Great team at The Star. One of Gannett's great properties, and downtown Indianapolis is very cool. Bankers Life has one of the best scoreboards you'll ever see.
