Triple-elimination round-robin with extra points given to the pod with only four teams.

Once everyone who has agree to join does join and those who leave actually leave, there will be 18 basketball-playing schools.

If Ed DeChellis can lose 20 straight games or so with a Patriot League schedule, imagine what he could do in the Big East!

I hate the beakers as much as the next alum, but this is just crazy.

Why is it crazy? Not making the Final Four is just keeping in tune with that historic Mizzou basketball tradition

We can learn a lot from this post.

The Pac-12 could hold its tournament at the Crenshaw High gym and they still wouldn't sell out.

I always thought the PAC-12 should hold their tournament in the Bay Area, either San jose or Oakland.

More and more mid-majors have gone to the championship game going to the higher seed. Much better idea.

The atmosphere last night for the Big Sky and Northeast conference championship games was fantastic.

Its a no brainer to do it this way for all but a handful of conferences.

I'm wondering where the heck they would play it, if it goes to Vegas? WCC and WAC use the Orleans Arena and MWC uses the Thomas and Mack. Out in a parking lot like the big fights? Big West seems happy at the Honda Center.

This is the first time the Big West has been at the Honda Center in years, its been at the Anaheim Convention Center Arena for past few.

They are not done yet according to John Marinatto, need at least one more.
