There's got to be a Big Bang Theory fanfic that'll give you what you're looking for.

I'm sure we'd get along fine. I may completely disagree with everything someone is doing, but if it doesn't impact me, I don't fight it and it legitimately doesn't bother me.

I think that's the result of growing up in a house where my parents fought over everything. If my wife had wanted to breastfeed, I would have been on board. If she only wanted us to eat organic food, I'm on board... I don't care enough to get into a fight about it.

I know I told the story about one of my friends who is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force. His wife is a health fanatic. His kids had never eaten fast food until recently when my friend's mom took them to McDonald's not knowing that was somewhere they had avoided like the plague. To her credit, his wife took it in stride, knowing there was no malicious intent... But the same friend, is a Taco Bell fanatic and sneaks there on his lunch break and pays cash so his wife doesn't know about it. Some people say he's a wuss for not standing up to his wife on the subject and others (like me) realize he's just keeping the peace.

Cheesy I know but happy wife = happy life is so true. My sister in law and brother in law can't seem to compromise on anything and it is at this point a running joke on what they arguing about now.

He is a wuss for not standing up to his wife.
Telling a grown man what he may eat?
Where does that power come from?
    Nowhere that Fart recognizes.

She doesn't tell him what he can eat. It's not like that. But he knows keeping his Taco Bell habit a secret keeps the peace and I respect him for it. My friend who told him he should lay down the law happens to be going through a divorce... LOL...

I appreciate making concessions to preserve the peace.
I'm pretty much an open book at home.
I can't think of anything I do behind my wife's back- maybe look at the occasional porn image.
    But what guy doesn't.

She's awesome. She's also a health freak and he likes his Taco Bell for lunch.

This would actually make a good thread: What do you do behind your spouse's back?

The banality that many of us probably hide would be great for a few laughs.

I have a secret stash of early '80s and late '70s baseball cards that I very occasionally buy on eBay in unopened packs.

That would be interesting... I have a feeling the most common would be the thing Fart already mentioned...

Depends on what you can get away with.
