Giving a bright side to this thread, my friend recently celebrated 25 years since his surgery for testicular cancer.

I mean it's one thing when your significant other squeezes them too tight trying to please you or you accidentally sit on them because they hang too low, but ouch!

 

Congratulations to your friend. Hope I can get at least that far.
