    This law stems from a case at a Target store where a guy flung some of his goo at a woman and her kid, but was only charged with assault. The bill makes the act a "sex crime" and would qualify for the perp to be classified as a sex offender.

    Sam Adams is the mayor of Portland, not an Oregon legislator. But I'm sure he supports this bill.
