There are people, at Ivy League schools, who use "cleaning lady" in official school documents?

Why do Ivy League schools struggle with gender issues?

My theory, not just on gender issues but almost all social issues, has always been that schools often tend to tie themselves in knots in their efforts to remain open to ideas. Tough to find someone who will say, "No, that's stupid.'

To distinguish between the actors, I'm told one theater professor has taken to referring to "the hairy actor with the penis" and "the curvy actor with the breasts."
