The 3.5 minute opening scene of Studio 60 is on YouTube. This show is going to kick ever-loving ass.

So what are we working with here Mizzou? Is it a comedy? A combination of things (I refuse to use the word dramedy)?

It's not a comedy, but it's funny... It's an ensemble cast that may be the best I've ever seen (Perry, Whitford, DL Hugley, Amanda Peet, Rob Corddry, Steven Weber, Busfield...) I know I'm forgetting somebody... Judd Hirsch is in the first episode, but I don't get the sense his is a recurring role.

I was pretty blown away by it...

Judging from the first 3.5 minutes, it sure looks like a winner.

Hey Mizzou, I wish Rob Corddry was in this show. But it's actually Nate Corddry, his brother.

    Got it from Netflix, too.

    In-credible.

    What a cast.

Perry and Whitford FEEL like brothers for chrissakes, there dialogue os so natural.

Now... they gotta keep Perry upright.

Always love Busfield and Peet, too.

I am wrong... Just Nate Corddry is in the cast... In the pilot episode of Studio 60, he's the one doing the W. impression...

Tina Fey's probably thinking -- "Sorkin gets Bradley Whitfield and Matthew Perry, and I'm stuck with Tracy fucking Morgan!"

Yeah, I love Tina Fey and Alec Baldwin, but I can't imagine how that show will be anything close to as good as this one...
