    From watching a couple episodes on family freak show TV TLC, each older kid is assigned a younger one to "mentor." So, basically, most of the parenting chores are done by other kids.

    That leaves plenty of time for old-fashioned missionary-style, lights-out, God-blessed, only-for-procreation sex.
