The Big Red One was on AMC last night and it got me thinking...

    whatever happened to Bobby DeCicco?

    Gretchen Mol of Rounders?

Brad Johnson of Flight of the Intruder?

  2. Keanu Reeves of Freaked (yes, THAT Keanu played Ortiz the Dogboy...the only time Keanu has emoted in his entire career).

Gretchen Mol got rave reviews for her turn as the pinup in The Notorious Bettie Page.

And, yes, this thread is useless without pictures

A few younger actors when they played their main roles:
Gabriel Jarret as Mitch Taylor in Real Genius, I don't care what anyone says, that was an awesome movie.

Patrick Fugit as William Miller in Almost Famous.

Peter Ostrum. I had to hit IMDB for his name. He was Charlie in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, the 1971 version with Gene Wilder, not that freaky crap with Johnny Depp.

He left acting after that movie.

Certainly no one-hit wonder, but someone who has just fallen off the map in the new millennium:

    Debra Winger.

Sarah Holcomb. Well, two hits. She was in Animal House and Caddyshack, then quit acting and lives as a recluse somewhere, having gone schizophrenic after too much drugs and booze.

Robert Romanus, Damone in Fast Times.

Nowhere to go but down after you've been Damone I guess.

  10. Charmian Carr - played Liesl Von Trapp in the movie version of "The Sound of Music," and did nothing after that.

He became a goat farmer, or something along those lines.
