    Yeah, that's sneaky-bad. If he was genuinely trying to be honest, it would've said, "Nancy Pelosi never said the quote that was attributed to her."

    Yeah, when I first saw it (yeah, I follow him), I wasn't even sure he was admitting an error of his own, or just one that appeared in NewsWeek (and/or on the HuffPost).

    Since he's a "media critic" it's the kind of thing he might point out even if it wasn't his own.

    On top of the earlier mistake, it looks really bad.

    Maybe if he wasn't a star, he'd do more of his own reporting and keep his quotes better organized.

    This is SOP for this POS.

    What can you expect from someone who writes stuff as "fact" about people he doesn't know without bothering to contact this person? And I speak from experience here.
