I drive across the Cuyahoga River just about every day. Haven't seen it on fire yet.

One of the best weekends of my sportswriting days was at the '92 NorCal juco baseball regionals in Sacramento.

The team I covered got smashed by 20 runs in Game 1 but came back Saturday to win 2 games including against American River College.

I met Kurt Rambis that weekend too.

I've crossed a lot of dry creek beds during my time living in Texas. I've also never lived anywhere close to a major river.

But probably the Smoky Hill River, central Kansas.

Crossed Clark Fork about 30 times each time you drive through Montana.

Exactly. I'd have to say Sacramento or San Joaquin and even though I've been in the area over 50 yrs, it's not that many times. Of course, I've got the SF Bay so I cross a bridge every day to get to SF.

I’ve crossed the Benicia Bridge probably more than the others but only because I don’t like regularly dealing with the Altimont Pass coming home from Sac.

If I’m being really honest, there river I’ve crossed the most is the aqueduct.
