Olympics 2016: Who ya got? .... It's RIO, NOT CHICAGO!

No doubt Chicago would be great - but I wouldn't mind seeing Rio get it. The clusterf*ck potential is high, the topless beaches would be fun, maybe NBC could put some of the coverage on pay per view, etc. etc.

Madrid would pretty much be a replay of Barcelona
Tokyo doesn't do much for me.

I swear to god, if I have to work up one more goddamn story about Obama going here or there or everywhere for that fucking bid, I will go postal.

It ranks only behind stories slugged "Coyotes bankruptcy" on my personal shitlist. ELEVEN FUCKING WRITETHRUS yesterday on Obama, I think.

Rio will get it ... first in S. America.

It's going to come down to Rio or Chicago, and I think Chicago ends up getting it, although I don't see the Obama pitch making any difference. Think it comes down to there being more stability, less risk, in a Chicago pick vs Rio.

So, it will be deep dish pizza for everyone. What will the Azzurri think of that?

Of course, if it goes the other way, the Chicago papers can pull out the Blame It On Rio headlines.

See, I always thought came down to the votes of a couple hundred (mostly white, European and corrupt) old men on the IOC.
