Pretty good column on O'Leary's part, I've got to say.

I wonder if he learned to write like that when he was getting his Masters at NYU.

    That made me laugh.

Normally those kinds of rebuttals are barely controlled angry screeds trying to play on people's natural dislike of the bullying media.

Instead, O'Leary paints himself as a caring, fatherly victim who just wants the truth to come out. Pretty nice piece of work.

    O'Leary 1, Hoppes 0.

Apparently they have some good communications folks at UCF. There's no way O'Leary wrote that.

Agreed. UCF needs The Sentinel more than the other way around. It's good to know someone there was smart enough to get involved.

Give me Hoppes and Bianchi over the Sentinel news side any day.

Maybe. But the news that came out of this was pretty hard-hitting.

I don't see how anyone could read the work the Sentinel has done, and read this "column" and say O'Leary 1, Sentinel 0.

It's not even close. O'Leary and Central Florida have lied repeatedly in this matter. There's nothing in this column that changes that. It's more like Sentinal 45, O'Leary 1.
