    Not sure. If it was a physical thing, like someone hurt in a car accident, I'd say yes. Someone could also claim emotional damage. Claiming it is one thing, winning it in a court of law is another.

    But I remember hearing that not having sex for a full year is considered abandonment in divorce cases. Apples and oranges, I know. But it's a small precedent for emotional distress.

    Krzyzewski has at times set certain sensitive subjects off limits to the Crazies. Obviously I'm not certain, but in a hypothetical visit by Ole Miss, I think he would step in to prevent derision based on the subject of Andy Kennedy's waning libido.
