    The street is only three blocks long and is pretty easy to find - it's in the part of town that's cut off from the rest because of industry. It's a standalone neighborhood. By even saying the street name, you're greatly increasing the odds of somebody doing something.

    The goofy thing about that neighborhood is that it's where the white trash lives (what a shock in this case), while the rest of the city has decent neighborhoods.
