    So they'll have the fashion editor double up as a courthouse reporter. Or the polo and yachting writer also cover high school sports on the mainland.

    No argument there. But no good way to fold the Daily News into the Post. Two discrete audiences.

    Maybe not fold the two, as I've said previously, but cut the Daily News to nothing but a weekly newsletter, filled with social events and marriage announcements.
