Huge storm moving through my area. A tornado supposedly touched down in my hometown, but i don't know exactly where. The power is out at our paper, but thankfully got everything out before it hit.

Hope you're doing well KY. From someone who's been through hurricanes, I can certainly sympathise and hope you and yours got through unscathed.

Re: ok...this sucks aka Tornados wreak havoc in Mid-South

I saw that our friends in Jackson, Tenn. got hit especially hard. Barely got a blip of coverage on the networks. Best wishes to those affected.

Can we change the thread title?

Good luck to all in the South. It seems too early for tornado season.

I can't edit posts on my phone. Sorry. As for an update, i drove around town with two guys i work with taking pictures and surveying the damage. I have never seen this many people out and about at this time of night in this city. And cops like i have never seen are crawling all over town. One school in our area has major damage and has shut down for tomorrow. Don't know much about my hometown, but everyone in my family is safe.

  10. That's awful, ky, but glad to hear your family is OK.
