Yeah, exactly. That is a tough position actually with a LOT of politics. He will be dealing with DC a lot and all the local pols (county supes, mayors, congressional delegations, etc.).

So, it is good that he starts with the situation as is. However, my dad kicked major as@ when he was there & took it from one of the worst to one of the best in the country & literally "wrote the book" on how do do so. Thus, there will be some big expectations.

Contra Costa County is no small thing either, it is one of the most prominant counties in the Bay and there are over 1M people here. So, it's pretty serious.

If Joseph does well there it could be the start of some really big things.

Yeah, we are all really excited & the good thing is I think he can really help people out which is why my fam does a lot of public/charity work - it is important to help others when you can/have the talent to do so.
