    Sounds like he's getting the same deal as the first guy.

    If you mean ever again after the two months of him on Larry King harping about not getting the max/his money, then yes.

    Sentenced to 18 years minimum by my count. Parole eligibility after 5 years.

    I hope Juice enjoys his time in prison. I hope his new friends make his time there interesting.

    According to Cossack, he'll go right back in on the other charges whenever he gets parole/serves the 15 because the sentences are consecutive.

    Depends on how quickly you can do it and how fast it gets buried behind other posts. I'm about to go have lunch. I may take a while. It is Friday you know.

    By my count

    Minimum of 15... Parole in 5
    Then...
    Gun Charge Enhancement = 1.5-6 years
    Assualt with a deadly weapon x 2 = 1.5-6 years

    I'd say he'd probably be in jail 8-10...
