I've seen quite a few predictions that have Harbaugh or Shanahan winning Coach of the Year... I don't see how Arians could not win it, but what do I know? :D

I know he'll never win it, but Carroll deserves COY consideration.

I don't think I've seen Carroll mentioned as a top candidate... Probably because everyone thinks he's a douche...

I'd probably put him behind only Arians in Coach of the Year talk... Shanahan might be third...

Leslie Frazier is another guy who has quietly done a very nice job this year.

Shanahan gave up on his team after 9 games. He's not the coach of the year.

Defensive rookie of the year is the hardest for me. Cases can definitely be made for Hayward or Jenkins.

Hayward has 6 INTs for 81 yards and 0 TDs.
Jenkins has 4 INTs for 150 yards and 3 TDs.

    Here's the shell...

    MVP - Adrian Peterson, Minnesota
Offensive player of the year - Peterson
Defensive player of the year - JJ Watt, Houston
Rookie of the year - Andrew Luck, Indianapolis
Defensive rookie of the year - ????????????
Coach of the year - Bruce Arians, Indianapolis (if he's not eligible as an interim, then John Fox, Denver)
Comeback player of the year - Peyton Manning, Denver (in part because Peterson is MVP)
