    Was it a WS game?

No, an early season game. Maybe even opening series.

Bingo. Niekro started and went five, then Carlton went the final four for the save.

It was a blowout, something like 14-3 Indians over Blue Jays.

Crowd sourcing an answer. What MLB teams had the most Hall of Famer pitchers on it one season? I always assumed it was three (held by several), but I found one with four today. Anyone know of a higher count? And of course, want to guess the team I did find with four?

Just guessing, but did a Hall of Famer join the Braves during the Maddox, Glavine, Smoltz reign?

No, but it was a tiger hofer, who joined the Indians.

Your hint gave it away. Hal Newhouser joining Bob Feller, Bob Lemon and Early Wynn.

Correct. I have yet to find another foursome, but unsure.

The 2007 Yankees have Rivera and Mussina in; Clemens may be, Pettitte eventually could be.

In a normal world, I could see that grouping.

Here's one (or perhaps two) courtesy of Justin Verlander's no-hitter today.
What is the only MLB team to have never had a no-hitter in its history?
Besides that team, which MLB team has gone the longest without one? And, for bonus points, who threw it?

The answer to the first one is the Padres, who are still under the Curse of Clay Kirby.
