    My guess would be none, since he hit one spot ahead of Mantle virtually all season.

    So probably once or twice, since Mantle was hurt late and probably missed the last week of the RS. Mantle had an astronomical 10.4 WAR that season. He should have been MVP, not Maris.

    I looked up the answer, which I won’t say. But crazily enough, the next year, Maris was intentionally walked four times in one game.

    Adam Dunn, Reggie Jackson , Thome have to be three of them. Maybe Mark Reynolds.

    Jackson (2.597), Thome (2,548) and Dunn (2,379) are 1-2-3. Mark Reynolds isn't in the top six.
