Yes to Brett, Wilson and Granderson. No to Rice or Sandberg.

I have to say I was shocked when I saw Brett once had 20 triples.

It jumped in my head after i wrote down Wilson. I remember a piece of trivia that it was the first time in decades that a team has two players who had more than 20 in a season.

I have no idea on the other three. I would say Brock or Brett Butler because they led the league in triples a lot, but I’m confident they never got there. Maybe Gary Templeton when he was a cardinal?

    None of those guys.

There are three left. A Phillie, a Twin and a White Sox.

I’m tempted to say Minnie Minosob is the White Sox. He was a definite triples hitter.

Twin might be Carew or Versailles (sp).

    None of those.

The Phillie was a Phillie until very recently, probably five years ago tops.

The Twin kinda came out of nowhere, he went on to play with the Nationals.

The White Sox was back in the 90s, played CF. I think he threw left handed but I’m not 100% sure

EDIT: Dammit, the guy I thought was a White Sox was actually with the Mets when he hit 21 triples. But he’s mostly known as a White Sox I’d say. And yes he threw left.

Jimmy Rollins and Lance Johnson for Phillies and Sox?

Yes and yes, although I just edited my last post to say Johnson was actually a Met the year he hit 21.

    Just the Twin left.

Of players who never won an MVP, who's got the most career MVP win shares?

BTW, he's 24th in career MVP win shares, ahead of George Brett and just behind Rogers Hornsby.

Nope. Good guess, though; he's 34th.
