Kicker or player? Because if it's the latter, I believe the answer is Doug Flutie.

Sorry, I meant to say a free kick field goal after a fair catch punt.

Flutie was the last to successfully make a drop-kick attempt (can’t recall if it was an XP or an FG).

So since it’s been a day, the correct answer is Ray Wersching with the Chargers in 1976.

    3-part question.
Who had the first pick of the 1986 NFL Draft?
    Who did they select?
How many games did he play for them?

That's called the golden sombrero of drafting.

Drafting of that one: since 1960, how many number one overall nfl draft picks never played for the team that selected them? (Why 1960? Because before that it was fairly common for top picks never to sign/play for the team that took them.)

I know of Bo and Elway. I’m thinking some top picks went to the AFL, so I’ll guess four.

More than four, but surprisingly only one went to the afl.

What US men’s player scored the only own goal at the World Cup (hint, we won the game).

Eli Manning of course, traded from the Chargers to the Giants. Billy Cannon (signed with the AFL) and Floyd Little, drafted by the racist Redskins, traded to the browns but died before he ever played a game.
