    OK Chef, I'm all for liberal interpretation of the rules, but Kevin Mitchell hit 47 homers and was the NL MVP, Bichette was a batting champion (I think) and Mookie Wilson was involved in perhaps the most famous baseball play of the past 30 years.

    So I'm calling no on them being obscure.

    Not to mention Richie Hebner's last game was in 1985. I have a baseball card of his from the 70s.
