All the spinning bashing aside, it's nice to see a candidate lay out some specific policies, particularly regarding the war in Iraq.

Unfortunately, that won't make it into a 10-second sound byte that the masses will hear. It has my vote, though.

    Simple.

Bush's "positions" are only a fraction of the problem.

That he is too incompetent to properly execute his positions --- good ones and bad ones --- is what makes him what he is.

Lyman is pulling it right from the playbook. When you run out of arguments, change the subject.

I was going to tell him to quit whatever he's doing and go play in traffic. (I'm completely serious about this.)

Actually i was the one who changed the subject.

I just figured it was easier to keep as many pissing matches as possible on one thread.

I like Obama more than any democrat since I became a republican in 1994.

    Spinning makes me hate him.

Getting shot down (and crashing four other planes) usually doesn't get it done.

Wars are usually won by guys who DON'T get shot down.

Someone should tell Obama that Americans don't read past the jumps.

  12. Every time you post one of your myriad pro-Obama posts, you become the subject.

Oh, and your man is wrong about Iraq. I'm sure AQ and the Sadrists and their fellow travelers are dancing a jig of happiness when they read the U.S. military's new mission will be to end the war.
