I don't think it shows anything wrong with his ability to be president. I also think it was a rather foolish thing to say politically. Only time will tell if it becomes an issue or if he can skate right through it.

He is not going anywhere. Where else could he golf every weekend, have command performances from the biggest musicians in the world, have pow-wows with A-list actors, eat all the arugula and Kobe steak he could possibly eat and go on vacation at any time all on the taxpayer's dime? He loves the perks of the office way too much to give it up without a fight.

Let the unemployment rate go up another 1-3 percent. That billion dollar campaign waste will be pennies compared to the money lost in Iraq.

Exactly. Everyone knows it's true. I respect the guy for coming out and saying it.

I think that's the whole point of this. Not that he's not going to run, but that he gift-wrapped something for his opponents.

GOP: "So you have doubts about running for a second term, Mr. President?"

Obama: "Not what I said. By the way, I took out Osama."

    Issue solved

Michelle Bachmann will certainly want to help him out.

That bump in his poll numbers has long gone.

Probably what happened is he threw a scare at those Muslim supporters who are and did bankroll his campaign.
