I had no clue, either, until Anderson Cooper asked him about it during SOTU reaction coverage.

This is exactly what you do. Now he needs to follow it up by going on Fox and Friends, excoriating the host and ending with the phrase "bring it on."

Steve Doocy is probably the stupidest person to step foot on a network news set.

    And that is saying something.

It's a shame more politicians, and their handlers, don't subscribe to this piece of advice.

Outstanding move by Obama. This guy grows on me by the day.

Outstandingly well-written press release. Called 'em out by name and didn't pull punches.

Hope he keeps it up because people who spread disinformation should be exposed as often as possible.

I'll say this for C~T: I'll NEVER hear God Bless America same way again.

It'll ALWAYS be "They can suuuuck it, and shut uuuuuup"

Has anyone read these crap pieces of "journalism?"

Here is the Insight Mag link....
    http://www.insightmag.com/Media/MediaManager/Obama_2.htm
When you to to the main page, there's about 4-5 stories related to this.

    Also, here's Fox News' shit:

    http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,245582,00.html

Remember, this crap network is the one that just ran with the Insight story. They didn't investigate themselves, ala CNN.

EDIT: Here's the CNN link. http://www.cnn.com/2007/POLITICS/01/22/obama.madrassa/

Anne Kornblut's and Dana Milbank's recent Washington Post hit pieces on Hillary Clinton -- she surely had to have been faking that cell phone conversation! -- are even more shameful.

Here's a peek at the deep thinkers on this weekend's Chris Matthews Show, an exchange which has to be seen to be believed:

Even after six years of George W. Bush, even after Iraq, the pea-brained Washington press corps won't stop with the bullshit.

These people have completely failed in the duty to inform. They are a blight to our profession. I hate them.
