NYT Gives New Voice to Sports Of The Times

    Michael Powell who had been an NYT Metro columnist has moved to sports to do a column.

    Columns in sports section of the NYT have been pretty much dormant the past few years so it's
    interesting that they are bringing one back.

    From reading his metro column Powell is a person of strong opinions. It will be interesting to see
    if it carries over to sports.
