    How is this a bombshell? Spector said last week that Goodell told him that Belichick had been taping since his first season with the Pats (2000). An ex-player is just repeating what we already knew (and could have surmised anyway).

    Wasn't he taping when he was in Cleveland, too?

    You're telling me no other NFL team was taping when the Patriots were doing it at least since 2000?

    There are a lot of people this could be... Most of the players/coaches who have left that team did not do so under the best of terms...

    But until we hear something to that effect . . . "Everybody else was doing it" is not gonna fly.

    And here come the excuse makers.

    Again, they got caught. Should NFL officials stop calling holding penalties, too? Everybody catches it and sometimes guys even get away with it.
