    Weird. NASDAQ continues to trade NYSE stocks.

    Yeah. But because liquidity is so shallow, most money managers will stay on the sidelines and wait it out, even if you can execute trades via Direct Edge or Nasdaq. You are trading blind like this because there isn't the normal liquidity.
