There is absolutely no defending of President Obama when it comes to his hypocrisy on Gitmo.

After his announcement that the Constitution would be followed and applied to the prisoners at Gitmo was later overturned, Eric Holder should have quit in protest.

 

Obama has become David Souter in reverse.
