    Maybe it's me but do others find it odd that no charges have been filed as of yet?

    Not particularly. In cases like these, where a lot of paper-trail tracking invariably has to be done, delays before filing, delays before arraignment, delays before jury selection, delays delays delays are not rare in the least.

    Plus, undoubtedly the Feds are putting the hot poker to Donaghy, hoping he'll roll on some bigger fish. Donaghy's probably growing a beard, dying his hair, and learning how to speak Portuguese.

    Be that as it may, this guy was supposed to turn himself in days ago. Nothing has happened. I'm wondering if the case the Feds are building isn't shakey.
