I thought the backwards episode was awful.
The Contest was the best and I thought the trip episodes were great. The Opposite episode has one of my favorite exchanges between George and the redhead woman.

I don't know what that means.

And let's not forget Festivus. Classic episode. "It's a Festivus miracle!"

Beat me to it. I am very surprised it is not on the list.

We need something for the rest of us.

I have some grievances to air.

Sidenote - Moddy, do you have the power to add Festivus to the spell checker?

Gotta have the "Ball of Oil" and "Little-Uh Jerry/cockfight" episodes.

I'd bump the Limo and Puffy Shirt episodes to accommodate. (Not that there's anything wrong with them!)

What about "The Parking Garage?" When George says he can't carry a pen because "I'm afraid I'll puncture my scrotum," I laugh every time. In fact, I laughed just writing it.

Another contender is the one where Jerry has a late fee on "Tropic of Capricorn" (or was it "Tropic of Cancer?") where Phillip Baker Hall has a cameo as Mr. Bookman, the library detective.

Wait, the library cop is actually named Bookman? What are the odds? That's like an ice cream man named Cone.

I've realized over time that everyone's Seinfeld tastes are different ...

But the Limo episode is cannot seriously be in the top 10. The finale should have been the No. 1 disappointment. And I am not a big fan of the Puffy Shirt or the Puerto Rican Day parade.

On the top 10, how can the Bubble Boy not be there? Also a big fan of the Mango, The Abstinence, The Tape, The Subway and The Deal.

Good calls on both--they're definitely up there.

  9. How could you pick just five?

That's like Moses asking God to narrow the 15 commandments to five.

    So so many great episodes.

Carlin cut them down to two, I believe. It can be done.

He actually goes out on cases?
